Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for Woolley Edge Services, M1, Wakefield. The role supports the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations at our Burger King restaurant.

The successful candidate will drive a positive team culture, uphold food safety and service standards, and monitor performance to improve efficiency. This is a full-time on-site position offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
