About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Be a Rituals Expert, part of our in-store management team, providing product expertise and embodying the Rituals feel-good experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, listening to customer needs and mentoring Rituals Advisors.
  • Lead sales efforts, expand your skills in luxury retail and cosmetics, and collaborate with your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and team members.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience and support your team through mentoring.

  • Experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or hospitality.
  • Motivated to achieve performance targets.
