Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to support operations for a major High Street brand on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). You will lead a team, ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly, and uphold quality standards while fostering a positive work environment.

You'll act as a key holder, manage weekly bookwork and rotas, place stock orders to maintain levels, and ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations, delivering excellent customer

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
