Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Wrexham is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager, coach colleagues, and drive sales while ensuring stock, merchandising and operations run smoothly.

The role requires retail or customer service experience, excellent communication, and a passion for health and wellness. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential in a busy store environment.

As a Supervisor, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional store experience by leading with confidence, supporting your team to grow and helping customers find the right products for their individual wellness journeys.
