Job summary

Holland & Barrett seeks a Supervisor to lead in-store excellence at our Burnley location. You’ll guide the team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and develop colleagues through training and coaching.

• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
