Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Burnley is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional store experience. The role is permanent with 30 hours per week and pays £14 per hour.

You will lead by example, coach staff, complete our Qualified to Advise training and ensure strong merchandising, stock and customer service standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness with willingness to learn more about products.
• Strong organisational skills for a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools to support customers and store ops.
