Job summary

Holland & Barrett in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences on a permanent basis. This role covers 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.09 per hour at Tottenham Court Road, London, you will coach colleagues, drive sales and ensure compliant, smooth daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
