Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Waterlooville is seeking a Supervisor for a 6 month fixed-term contract, 15 hours per week. You will lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales and ensure excellent operational standards. Training to advise on health and wellness products will be provided.

The role requires strong communication, people leadership and a proactive, player-coach mindset in a busy retail environment. Competitive hourly rate plus benefits awaits.

What you'll be doing

What you'll bring
