Job summary

Entertainer is opening a brand-new flagship store in The Trafford Centre, Manchester, and we want you to be a part of it. As a Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the store management team, supporting daily running of a fast-paced, high turnover store, directing the team and demonstrating leadership, including Sundays on a rota.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with Sundays on a rota; location: The Trafford Centre, Manchester.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months retail supervisory or keyholder experience within an Entertainer store.
• Flexible approach to working hours and commitment to resource the store effectively.
• People person with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in managing high volumes of stock.
• Be tech savvy, confident using computers/tablets to complete tasks and increase productivity.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and implement new ideas with commercial flair.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store, running the store in the absence of Store management, including Sundays on a rota basis.
• Supporting the Management team in driving sales, hitting targets and keeping shrinkage to a minimum.
• Providing exceptional customer service, coaching the team for consistent performance.
• Managing stock and store operations like a pro.

We're opening a brand-new flagship store in The Trafford Centre, Manchester, and we want you to be a part of it!

As a Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the store management team, supporting them in the daily running of a fast-paced, high turnover store, directing the team anddemonstrating what you’re all about when running the store independently, including Sundays, covering days off and holidays.

Every day is different, and we’ll be honest, you will be on your feet for most of the time! Whether that be receiving daily deliveries, merchandising, providing excellent customer service or using your toy expertise to recommend the perfect product – this job is demanding!

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference with your colleagues too, playing an important role in coaching and motivating the team to help them achieve the best they can in both their personal development and helping the store deliver exceptional store standards and customer service.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 with Sundays on a rota basis

Trading Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10am – 10pm
• Saturday: 10am – 9pm
• Sunday: 12pm – 6pm

What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Opening and closing the store, running the store successfully in the absence of the Store managementincluding Sunday openings on a rota basis
• Supporting the Management team in driving sales, smashing targets, and keeping shrinkage to a minimum.
• Demonstrating an exceptional customer service experience, inspiring your team to do the samethrough hands-on coaching and consistent performance.
• Managing stock and store operations like a pro.
