The Bay Tree Hotel in Burford, part of Cotswold Inns & Hotels, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a small team in a busy pub-restaurant environment. You will motivate staff, ensure warm hospitality, and maintain high standards of service across meals and events.

You will play a key role in training new team members, delivering consistent guest experiences, and supporting managers in day-to-day operations while upholding Fuller’s values.
