Job summary

Ethero Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor in Uttoxeter to lead daily team activities, coordinate equipment for delivery, and drive efficiency improvements. The role is temporary to permanent, Monday–Friday 08:00–16:30, with a pay rate of £14.74 per hour.

Applicants should have proven supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and good English and computer literacy. On-site role with free parking and company canteen facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team on a day-to-day basis, delegating tasks and addressing quality issues.
• Plan equipment collation for delivery, coordinating with head office project management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency.
• Enforce health and safety procedures for staff welfare.
• Scan assets in internal systems and monitor equipment movement.
• Assist with unloading/loading and dispatch of equipment.
• Clean and prepare cold room assets and storage equipment.
• Check collections for completeness and test motors before dispatch.
• Optimise warehouse space usage and storage/racking utilization.
• Support wider warehouse team as required.

Pay: £14.74 per hours
