Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Saffron Walden to lead a busy retail team. The role is permanent, 25 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays, with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour. You will support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent store operations.

This role focuses on driving sales, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and compliance while maintaining a positive, inclusive store environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
