About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Thurrock. You’ll oversee the delivery of planned, cyclical, and responsive repairs across tenanted properties, ensuring works are completed to high standards of quality, safety, and customer care.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
