Job summary

Savers in Swindon is looking for a part-time Supervisor to join the team. The role involves coaching staff, supporting the store and assistant manager, and helping deliver excellent results while staying in Savers’ standards.

This position offers flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) and 20 hours per week with potential for more hours. A strong focus on customer service and community engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store team to maximise opportunities.
• Collaborate with store and assistant manager to deliver results.
• Engage with local community and maintain Savers standards.
