Job summary

Savers Morriston is hiring a Part-time Supervisor. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, supervising the team across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Work pattern is flexible with 16 hours per week and potential to take on more hours, in a role that blends leadership with hands-on shop floor activity. You will help maximise opportunities, represent the Savers brand in the community, and grow into a future leader within the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations as Supervisor and coach the team to deliver results.
• Engage with the local community and upholding Savers standards in the store.
• Ensure consistent customer service and smooth daily store execution.
