Job summary

Rudy's Pizza in Cambridge is seeking a proactive Supervisor to manage sections of the floor, support the management team, and ensure guest experiences stay exceptional.

You'll lead by example during service, coach floor staff, handle openings/closings, and welcome new team members through training and onboarding. The role offers progression within Mission Mars and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality.
• A confident, calm presence on a busy floor.
• Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience.
• Someone who leads with energy and earns the team's trust.
• Awareness of basic shift management.
