Job summary

Fuller's in the heart of the community is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams at The Bull Inn and across our pubs and hotels. You will drive guest satisfaction with warm, engaging service and uphold high standards in a busy hospitality environment.

We value hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a passion for fresh food and wines. The role offers induction, ongoing training, tips, Wagestream access, health plan, and staff discounts across Fuller's venues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality or pub front-of-house teams.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Coach new hires and ongoing staff development to uphold standards.
• Communicate clearly with team and management to coordinate operations.
