Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Sandhurst is hiring a part-time Supervisor to lead our store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This permanent role is 10 hours per week at £14.00 per hour, offering flexible day-time shifts and the chance to grow with the brand.

You'll coach colleagues, maintain product knowledge, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold safe, friendly store operations while supporting the Store Manager.

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership potential.

What you'll be doing

• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.
