Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across our pubs and brasseries in the UK. You will oversee service on the floor, support management during shifts, and help with setup and close-down activities while ensuring guests have a welcoming, seamless experience.

About You:

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant
