Mears Group in Peterborough is seeking a Damp & Mould Supervisor to lead our reactive repairs team across occupied properties. You will oversee safety, quality, and delivery, coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and resources to meet KPIs and contractual targets.
The role combines on-site leadership with office-based planning, ensuring homes are safe and compliant for residents. A City & Guilds trade qualification and a full UK driving licence are required to manage a dynamic repairs
Annual salary: up to £40,914.88

Salary: Up to £40,914.88 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our team as part of a social housing damp and mould contract in Peterborough. This is a dynamic, office and field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of reactive repairs and damp & mould works across occupied properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area. You’ll play a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents, making a real impact in the community.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
