Job summary

Saltrock Perranporth is seeking a Retail Supervisor on a 30-hour contract to join our in-store team. You’ll work with an energetic crew, delivering brand-led service and delivering an excellent experience for customers.

You’ll help drive store performance, support the Store Manager, train team members, manage visual merchandising, handle stock and deliveries, and ensure a welcoming, tidy, and safe environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help achieve store KPIs by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maximize sales opportunities
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members
• Process sales transactions with care to achieve sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising in line with Brand guidelines
• Ensure a welcoming and safe in-store environment
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy store
• Provide product information including features and stock availability to customers
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales
• Keep product tidy, presentable and replenished as needed
• Process deliveries in a timely manner

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You'll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them whilst they are in store.

Role

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI's by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
• Motivative team members to deliver exceptional service, maximising every sales opportunity
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members
• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Visual merchandising product in conjunction with Brand guidelines
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Process deliveries in timely manner

What you will bring on the journey

• A passion for selling and interacting with customers
• Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
• Experience in Retail
• Managing a small team would be desirable but not essential
