Job summary

Bravissimo in Norwich is seeking a Supervisor to support the Store Manager in running the shop and delivering the Bravissimo standard of service. You will lead the team, manage stock both floor and back‑room, and operate the till to ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience.

This permanent, full‑time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a starting rate of £13.71, rising to £13.90 after a 3‑month probation, and benefits aligned with our retail standards.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience handling stock and till operations in a busy store.

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday 9am - 5.30pm

Sunday and Bank Holidays 10.30am - 4.30pm

About the Job

As a Supervisor with Bravissimo, you will be an essential part of the store management team. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the running of the store, ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in. Your will lead, inspire and develop the team, setting them up for success and ensuring that every customer receives the exceptional customer service that lies at the heart of the Bravissimo experience.

Combining your passion and understanding of our service and products, it is essential that you want to be part of a team that is dedicated to giving our customers fantastic service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you should genuinely love going the extra mile to help others. The role also includes dealing with stock, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes, as well as operating the till system.

You should be a confident leader, full of enthusiasm with the ability to motivate others to deliver an amazing service. You should also be able to think creatively and be keen to make suggestions to enhance the customer experience even further.

Supervisor experience would be advantageous, but what is more important is your ability to really understand our purpose and to be able to make our customers feel amazing. Previous experience in the lingerie sector is not required as full training will be given.
