Job summary

Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is opening a brand-new restaurant and seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead from the front, drive a high-performing team and deliver legendary guest experiences from day one.

You’ll run shifts, coach your team, and partner with the management team to ensure top standards in food quality, speed, safety and guest service. This role offers clear progression via our Fast Track Development Programme and a generous perk mix.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR, or retail.
• Hands-on leadership style with the confidence to motivate your team.
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Strong operational knowledge focused on standards, food safety, and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service and guest experiences.
• Support the management team in building a high-performing restaurant from opening day.
• Lead engaging pre-shift briefings that energise and focus your team.
• Be a hands-on leader who sets the standard and motivates others by example.
• Coach, develop and support your team, helping identify and grow future leaders.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Take ownership of shift performance, including labour deployment, service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Help create a fun, inclusive and energetic culture where guests and team members enjoy being part of the restaurant.
• Play an active role in embedding Popeyes' culture and values as part of a brand-new opening team.

Join Our New Store Opening Team as a Shift Supervisor!

This is your chance to be part of something exciting from day one. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious Shift Supervisors to help launch our brand-new restaurants. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, creating an incredible culture, and delivering the legendary Popeyes guest experience from opening day.

You’llrun our shiftsand lead from the front, be confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'llsupportthe management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.
