Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd is recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor - Demolition for a 12-week project in Northallerton, DL6. You will manage the site from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to programme.

The role requires proven demolition supervision experience, CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS and First Aid, with strong knowledge of health and safety and the ability to run labour and site operations independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within demolition.
• CSCS Gold Card or above.
• SSSTS & First Aid.
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety.
• Ability to manage labour and site operations.
• Confident running a project independently from mobilisation through to completion.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
