Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor - Demolition for a 12-week project in Cranleigh, Surrey. You will manage the demolition works from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in demolition, CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS and First Aid, and a strong knowledge of site health & safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within demolition.
• SSSTS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety on construction sites.
• Ability to manage labour and site operations effectively.
• Confident running a project from mobilisation through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site from mobilisation through to completion.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Coordinate labour and site operations and maintain site discipline.
• Communicate progress and issues to the project team and stakeholders.

This is a 12-week project, with the successful candidate responsible for managing the site from start to finish, ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within demolition
• CSCS Gold Card or above
• SSSTS & 1st Aid
• Essential DEMOLITION Experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety
• Ability to manage,labour and site operations
• Confident running a project independently from mobilisation through to completion
• Strong organisational and communication skills
