Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd is recruiting an experienced Site Manager - Demolition for a Cranleigh, Surrey project. You will oversee the site from mobilisation to completion on a 12-week programme, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to the programme.

The role requires proven demolition site management experience, a CSCS Gold Card, and valid SMSTS & First Aid. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to run operations independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within demolition.
• CSCS Gold Card or above and current health & safety certifications.
• Ability to manage site operations and labour efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage site from mobilisation through to completion on a 12-week project.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Coordinate trades, access, and site welfare to maximise productivity.
