Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead an in-store team and drive a world-class customer experience. You will role-model leadership, train staff, and create an engaging environment that reflects our brand values.

Candidate should have recent supervisory experience, passion for retail, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve excellence with a focus on store presentation and commercial goals.

• Lead a small team in one of our instore departments

• You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand
• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge

Basic Salary £31,450 per annum plus Bonus
