Job summary

Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Supervisor in Exeter to lead a small in-store team, drive a premium customer experience, and uphold brand standards. You will train staff, motivate performance, and maintain an engaging workplace culture aligned with our values.

You will manage daily operations, champion world-class service, and support impactful merchandising and store presentation while delivering strong results and growth opportunities within the Frasers Group family.
