Job summary

Frasers Group, via Sports Direct, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a small in-store team and drive a world-class customer experience across our department.

The role offers a base salary of £30,222 per annum plus bonuses, with extensive incentive schemes and employee discounts within the Frasers Group. This is a frontline leadership position in a fast-growing retail environment.

• Lead a small team in one of our instore departments

Sales and Operations

• You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential.
• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
