Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli UK is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor in Leeds (20 hours per week) to support the store management team, drive sales and deliver the Lindt Service proposition to customers.

You will contribute to operational excellence, maintain visual standards, support audits and health & safety compliance, and act as a brand ambassador in a values-led environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales turnover and store profitability to grow the business.
• Track store KPIs and support action plans with the store management team.
• Ensure flawless execution of processes, procedures and visual standards.
• Maintain awareness of audit, loss prevention controls and health & safety requirements.
• Deliver exceptional Lindt Service and act as a brand ambassador.
