Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of trades operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works for a social housing contractor.

You will ensure quality, safety and timely delivery, while maintaining clear communication with clients and residents. This is a temporary ongoing role with a hands-on leadership focus in a busy housing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within social housing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (max 6 points).

Pay Rate: CIS

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of trades operatives and subcontractors.


• Monitor performance and support team development and growth.


• Ensure all void works are completed to the required quality, safety, and timescale standards.


• Drive excellent contract performance and customer satisfaction.


• Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising teams within a social housing.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
