Job summary

GO Outdoors is seeking a hands-on Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, support the sales team, and uphold our commitment to customer service and brand standards.

You will drive store presentation, assist with product placement, and ensure a smooth, high-quality shopping experience for all customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, product knowledge, and trend awareness to promote brand values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring brand presentation meets expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
