Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Supervisor to join the team supporting Thames Water under an 8-year framework. You will lead teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and to high quality standards, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.

We require experience in water or mains renewal projects, a full UK driving licence and Streetworks Supervisor and SMSTS qualifications. A strong safety culture and effective leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within the water or construction sector.
• Full, clean UK manual driving licence.
• Site-based qualifications: Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA) and SMSTS.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, environmental legislation and water quality requirements.

We would love to hear from you if…

You have previous experience in a supervisory role within the water or construction sector, ideally delivering clean water or mains renewal projects. You will hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence and have the relevant site-based qualifications, including Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA) and SMSTS.

A good working knowledge of water hygiene, service avoidance, and first aid is essential, along with the ability to lead teams safely and effectively in a live operational environment. Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (including Microsoft Office) will support success in this role.

In this fast-paced environment, your health and safety expertise, combined with a practical, hands on leadership style, will be key to delivering high-quality outcomes.
