Mears Group in Gillingham is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee day-to-day contract operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will lead a team, monitor safety and performance, and report on outputs while managing resources and budget adherence.
The role requires strong leadership, H&S knowledge (COSHH), and a customer-focused approach to support residents and clients across the contract.
Annual salary: up to £44,397.50

Salary: £44,397.50 per annum, 42.5 hours per week, company van and fuel card.
Out of hours rota 1 in 3 weeks on an escalation basis and included within salary .
