Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead a store team in Haywards Heath, delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving store goals. You will coach colleagues, develop product knowledge, and complete the Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health guidance.

The role focuses on sales, stock availability, merchandising, and operational excellence while promoting a positive, inclusive store environment and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership exposure.

• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.
  Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
