Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead by example, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Folkestone store. You will drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and contribute to a compliant, welcoming environment that supports each colleague's growth.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.
