Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize at Heathrow Airport is seeking a motivated store supervisor to lead the team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and embody the Accessorize values. You will drive sales, support management, and ensure high standards of service during varied shifts.

You will promote piercing offerings, use VM guidelines, participate in a bonus scheme, receive uniform allowance, staff discount across brands, and an extra day off for your birthday.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or senior sales experience.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in Visual Merchandising and window guidelines.
• Willingness to work varied shifts at airport trading hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance.
• Support management in maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver KPIs.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising and window guidelines are followed.
• Be flexible to cover other stores and shifts.
• Complete basic CRC background check and maintain eligibility.

• Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in driving overall performance thorough delivering an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating the Accessorize values
• Generating profit, through exceeding those KPIs
• Ensure the teams are motivated and knowledgeable, supporting everyone to achieve excellence in their roles
• Support the management team in maximising commercial opportunities to drive sales within your store, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard
• We offer piercing to our customers, and you would promote and deliver this with your team.
• Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal

• This role is based within Heathrow Airport; therefore, all applicants must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts across airport trading hours (5am-10pm) an additional unsocial hours premium is offered for anyone working shifts between midnight and 6am Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic background check (CRC) and be able to provide a detailed education/employment history spanning the last 5 years prior to starting their employment.
• Demonstrate customer focus - delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do.
• Confident to lead by example, inspiring your team to make Accessorize a great place for all who work and shop with us
• Experience within a supervisor or key holding role, with a proven track record in delivering excellence in customer service, both personally and through their team
• Someone who demonstrates passion, drive and resilience, with a can - do approach
• The ability to communicate openly and effectively
• A solution driven Individual, with the ability to make decisions to benefit the business, with a sense of ownership to take responsibility
