Job summary

Lindt UK is seeking an energetic retail professional to join our Piccadilly Circus store, working 40 hours per week to support the store management team and develop a high-performing team of chocolate advisors.

You will embody the Lindt brand, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and health & safety. A strong focus on training, PDP goals, and collaborative teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail is preferable.
• Track record of delivering performance within a team.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• Self-starter with drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales turnover and store profitability.
• Track KPIs and work with store management on opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with management on trading period plans.
• Contribute to operational excellence and flawless execution of processes.
• Maintain audit and loss prevention controls and health & safety compliance.
• Escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
• Deliver premium visibility and outstanding customer service as a Lindt ambassador.
• Participate in visual merchandising and customer trend analysis.
• Support development of colleagues through coaching and PDP objectives.
• Engage in monthly performance reviews and team development.
