Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a customer-focused team member for a 0 hours casual role at our Swindon store. You will be part of the Store Management team, delivering the Lindt Service proposition and exceeding customer expectations daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers on the shop floor.
• Process transactions at the till and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with product sampling, stock replenishment and maintaining shop floor presentation.
• Support store team to deliver targets and uphold Health & Safety procedures.
