Job summary

Regen Solutions in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead a reactive maintenance contract across multiple sites, manage three supervisors, and report to the Contract Manager.

You will drive diagnostic inspections, manage sub-contractors, and deliver high-volume repairs and void turnarounds within tight KPI targets, with SSSTS/SMSTS certification and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification required.
• NVQ L2/3 or equivalent.
• Asbestos Awareness is preferred.
• Experience in social housing environments is beneficial.
• Repairs and maintenance background is essential.
• Minimum 2 years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the contract ensuring operatives are efficient and productive; manage 3 supervisors and report to the CM.
• Inspect and identify problems during maintenance rounds.
• Handle day-to-day and reactive maintenance, voids, and some disrepair tasks.
• Manage WIP and supervise operatives to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure work is completed per worksheets and on time.
• Deal with voids and reactive maintenance issues.
• Liaise with customers to address queries and issues.
• Ensure works are completed to a high-quality standard and meet client expectations.
• Complete paperwork and reports as per company procedures.
• Travel between sites as part of daily duties.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workplace.

Looking for a highly structured and safety-driven Supervisor with a strong background in reactive maintenance across London (not south). Proven track record of managing multi-site operations, supervising junior supervisors, and enforcing strict compliance standards (SSSTS/SMSTS). Expert in diagnostic inspections, sub-contractor management, and delivering high-volume reactive repairs and void turnarounds within tight KPI targets for Tier 1 environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively. Also managing 3 supervisors and reporting into the CM.
• Be able to inspect and highlight and identify problems.
• Dealing with day to day and reactive maintenance projects, voids and some disrepair.
• WIP management and being able to supervise operatives.
• Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
• Have experience dealing with voids and reactive maintenance.
• Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
• Ensure all client's expectations are achieved.
• Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure.
• Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
• Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
• To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
• Attend inspections where necessary.
• Be computer literate and be able to effectively use Excel.
