Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is supporting a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor.

The role will deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance, with hands-on electrical/ mechanical tasks across multiple sites, while supervising and developing a team of engineers.

You will lead eight engineers across three sites, ensuring safety, compliance and strong client relationships to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical or electrical discipline with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of building services, compliance standards and safety.
• Willingness to undergo SC Clearance for contract work.

Responsibilities

As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance supervision and technical work
• Experience working across multiple sites or in a similar environment
• Strong communication and organisational skillsA focus on safety, quality, and service delivery
• A candidate willing to undergo a SC Clearance check to work on this contract
