Job summary

Lacoste is seeking a Store Leader in Greater London to drive performance and inspire the team in a premium retail environment. You will coach staff, maintain visual standards, and ensure exceptional customer service that aligns with Lacoste’s values.

With a dynamic, results-driven mindset, you will work to optimise store performance, build loyalty, and embody the brand’s Play by Daring and Play with Elegance principles while collaborating with the management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within fashion/luxury.
• Dynamic, team-oriented approach.
• Leadership skills and ability to coach others.
• Performance and results-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position.
