Job summary

JLL is seeking a Building Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain cutting-edge mechanical systems across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will ensure 24/7 availability and compliance with statutory requirements, delivering high-quality maintenance and rapid fault diagnosis.

Applicants should have NVQ 3 / City & Guilds Advanced Craft / BTEC in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years' experience in building services. A full UK driving license and CMMS/BMS familiarity are needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Advanced Craft / BTEC National Diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in building services maintenance within commercial properties.
• Advanced mechanical engineering knowledge, refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on multiple assets (chiller plants, AHUs, HVAC).
• Conduct fault diagnosis and remedial actions to maintain performance.
• Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and CMMS per statutory requirements.

Ensuring that our asset portfolio meets the required Statutory and Performance requirements. These assets include the following: Chiller plants, HVAC installations, and building services infrastructure. Ensuring that our portfolio is monitored and maintained to meet our 24/7 emergency response requirements.
