Job summary

Rosa's Thai is seeking a Supervisor to join our growing Exeter team. You will lead from the front, guiding your team to deliver great Thai food and genuine service every day in a fast-paced environment.

We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.

Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa's Thai Café was reborn.

The role

We're looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor

You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front - helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate your team during service
• Support day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver high standards of food and service
• Coach and develop team members
• Step up and take ownership when it matters
