Rosa’s Thai is seeking a Supervisor to join our growing UK restaurant team. You will support the Management team, lead from the front during service, and help your team deliver great food and genuine service every day.

The successful candidate will bring energy, confidence, and natural people skills. You’ll coach and develop staff, manage operations on shift, and take ownership when it matters to guest experience and restaurant performance.
