Rosa's Thai in London seeks a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen, own the food standards, and drive excellence across service. You will manage a busy team, shape menus, and ensure every dish meets our blue‑print for quality and flavour.

We'Ve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.

Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa's Thai Cafe was reborn.

Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK.

The role

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen.

You'll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail
