Mears Group in Coatbridge is seeking two Supervisors to oversee capital works, voids and tenanted properties. You will supervise multi-trade teams, ensure timely delivery, quality and cost control, while maintaining high safety standards.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £42,464.80 per annum plus a car allowance or company vehicle and benefits.

We are looking for TWO Supervisors to join our team in Coatbridge!

Contract Type: Full time - Permanent – 40hrs per week

You will be responsible for the operational supervision of current and future contract activities, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction, supervising and overseeing multi-trade and specialist work. Ensuring works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets and essential and carrying out regular Quality Audits and Competence Assessments of operatives and specialist sub-contractors. Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitments to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities; ensuring that is contributes to the customer experience by adopting a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders.
The successful Supervisors will be responsible for supervisory duties across our contracts including Capital Works voids and tenanted properties.
You will ensure all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
