Job summary

L’ETO, Compton Edition is seeking a Supervisor to lead a bustling, walk-in only cafe. You’ll be hands-on, overseeing operations, driving guest service, and motivating a frontline team.

You’ll manage day-to-day service, host guests, take orders, and ensure efficiency during brunch, lunch and dinner. The role rewards leadership with progression opportunities and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• You’ll have worked in a team leadership role in a customer facing environment.
• At least 2-years working in customer facing roles.
• You’ve worked in hospitality for 2 years or more.
• You have experience leading from the front.

Responsibilities

• Run efficient operations and drive commercial performance while leading the team.
• Lead from the front by getting involved in day-to-day operations, hosting and taking orders.
• Manage a walk-in only service model without bookings.

Are you a hands-on people leader waiting for your opportunity to grow your career in a forward thinking, fast paced business?

Our Supervisors are tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance and above all, strong team leadership.

We are a “walk-in” only business, we don’t need bookings to fill our restaurants!

We’re no office folk here, we expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be getting fully involved in the day-to-day operations of your branch from hosting guests coming through the door, to taking orders.

Essential Experience:

• You’ll have worked in a team leadership role in a customer facing environment
• At least 2-years working in customer facing roles
• You’ve worked in hospitality for 2 years or more
• You have experience leading from the front

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

• You have at least 2-years experience at Supervisor level in a table service restaurant or cafe
