Job summary

Sports Direct International is seeking a capable store supervisor to lead a small team in one of our instore departments. You will be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train others to sustain this standard.

You will also drive visual merchandising, store presentation and day-to-day operations to meet commercial goals, while fostering a positive, high-energy team environment with on-the-spot feedback.

Visual Merchandising

• You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand

Sales and Operations

• You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential.
• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
