White Hart Ford is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the White Hart in Ford, near Chippenham. You will lead shifts, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a welcoming, historic pub setting with comfortable bedrooms and dining areas.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, managing team dynamics, and maintaining high standards of service while supporting ongoing development within a well-loved Wiltshire pub group.

Supervisor

Landlord Tamas and his friendly team welcome you to the White Hart, nestled in the sleepy hamlet of Ford, near Chippenham, a hidden gem, surrounded by the leafy loveliness and babbling By Brooke that meanders through the garden.
